Bri Russell and her husband, Jason, have one child, Hunter. Bri grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to Oklahoma in 2011. As a life-long learner, Bri has a variety of degrees from Villanova University (located outside of Philadelphia, PA) and The University of Central Oklahoma. She has Master degrees in Biology and also in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's of Science in Biology. Before becoming a Stay-At-Home Mom, Bri taught math and science at the middle school level. In the past, Bri has also taught a variety of exercise classes, including spin classes.
Bri joined Fit4Mom when Hunter was 6 weeks old after another mama approached her in SAMs club and said, "Hey! Do you want to go to a workout with your baby?" Bri went to Stroller Strides the next day and has been hooked ever since! The Fit4Mom community provided Bri with the opportunity to workout alongside her baby, but more importantly, it provided her with the emotional support that new moms need. Because Bri strongly believes that all moms need to be reached by the Fit4Mom community (all for different reasons), she become certified as an instructor one year after joining. Bri is an instructor of both Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre.
Bri is passionate about providing all moms the support and community they need to be successful in raising happy and healthy families. She loves seeing little ones watching their mamas take care of themselves. Bri believes that as moms, we all need to teach our children to work hard and live a healthy lifestyle!Certifications:
